Before we jump onto the potential health benefits of a coffee enema it is important to know what a coffee enema actually is.

Enema, in general, is the procedure where a liquid is injected up your colon via the rectum to forcibly evacuate the fecal matter. An enema is most commonly performed before a medical procedure or to ease constipation.

As the name suggests, for a coffee enema freshly brewed organic coffee is used in place of a saline solution. Coffee enema became popular in the 1950s as a cancer treatment. But later people started using it as an alternative for saline enemas to treat constipation. Some of the most potential health benefits of a coffee enema are:

  •  Improves mood and energy level is increased.
  • Flushes out heavy metals from the body.

  • Fastens detoxification.
  • Controls inflammation.

  •  Find a comfortable spot in your bathroom or in the room closest to it and make sure to keep some towels handy.
  • Hang the bag or the bucket on a hook or rack.
  • Apply some Vaseline on your anus and the nozzle to make the experience more comfortable.
  •   Lie down on your right side with your knees bent and push the nozzle up your anus for an inch and a half.
  • Allow the enema to reach your rectum and then hold it inside for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes or when you can’t hold enough, go to the toilet and let it all out.

Enemas are good for your overall health when used in moderation. Overuse of enemas can make you dependent on these which can worsen your condition even more.  more detail https://goo.gl/nBdDPG
